It has all the juicy, meat deliciousness of a traditional burger, but comes with the upsides of a plant-based meal. It packs 20 g of plant-based protein and has no GMOs, soy or gluten. We have formed it into "meatballs" and added our special touch. We grill it and serve it up in a bowl with chimichurri sauce, grilled onions, roasted cremini mushrooms, choice of grain and side.
